When notes collide. A Case study

Problem (frustations and pain points)
Many Users feel frustrated about apple notes’s ability to back up information, exclaiming the updates causes them to lose important notes, as well as not being able to find the notes or password after locking them. But at the same time, many users like the simplicity and unlimited notes the app offers.
Solution
Easier organization: With these folder feature, Users can easily find their notes with one simple click
AI integration: Integrations with AI chat box can further enhance user experiences, help users easily access their files and create notes.
Beginner friendly: From adding notion pre build features, users who often take notes will have already gained knowledge around the system and can easily navigate through this app
Stronger notes protection : Many of the previous feedback were around security and notes disappearance, but with this new auto safe feature, users won’t have to worry about disappearing notes
Feature 1
The First New feature I’ve added is My Organizers tab. This is mainly used to keep all organizational tools in one place such as lists and calender. This way, whenever a user needs to look up their schedule or shopping list, they can quickly extract the My organizers function. In addition to creating new tabs as the main icloud interface, each tab has a customizable color tag that helps define and tailor each user’s need to their likings. These folders can also be toggles on the bottom once opened. 
Feature 2 and 3
The Second and Third Features I’ve added are the Encrypted Notes and Free Writes. Encrypted notes allows users to set up touch id, face id and password in apple notes instead of settings. Free writes incorporates word count and text to recording functions integrated with chatgpt for meeting and essays.
Before Notes Upgrade or any major cliches, apple notes will also have an alert and allows you to save your important work in case of worst case scenario
